Looking after you
You’re the customer, it’s your home, you want to be respected and treated well, its our honour to be given the opportunity therefore we ensure your home is well looked after, you are informed at every turn, our space is kept clean and tidy throughout each process. We wipe down and vacuum every day. For some projects we set up a temporary kitchen every night and remove it every morning. As a family you still need to function, for children a careful eye needs to be applied to ensure everyone feels safe. We don’t mind your pets. The process has to be smooth, inconvenience kept to a minimum and most of all an enjoyable journey with laughter and smiles from everyone. Friendships are often made and we are asked to return again and again.
All about the people
Isn’t life just like that, if surrounded by the right people we can get through almost anything. When your home is upside down and people are working in ‘your house’ having the right people is essential. Combining the ‘right people’ with the right skills means you’re halfway there on day 1. People matter at all levels. Its wise to choose carefully. I think we all know at an early stage if the people are right and we invite them to stop a little longer.
Consultation
It begins with a customer wanting to find out if an idea that has developed in their mind is possible. Are they right in thinking this is doable? We’d like to be able to…. we thought of you as there’s not many people who will get it… if anyone can make this happen or tell us it’s feasible it’s you guys. We are on board; ok where do you want to go with this?
Design
We may reply “yes its possible but you may have to consider this or drop that but add something like this”. Your design is unique to you. We’re looking to tick as many boxes as possible. Together with your full input, the idea will evolve based on our experience, skills and flare - your desire will emerge into a complete design and full package showing price, expectations and understanding from all involved.
Installation
Having discussed materials, methods, process and shown samples, the making begins. You are kept informed along the way. Rest assured every element of your projects is individually documented for production. The design also factors in the manufacture and install. The process which follows on paper has already played out in our minds which shows when will go live with the manufacture.
Manufacture
Having walked the design through the making process the items are wrapped ready for delivery to site. With every element made, the design now becomes an instruction for assembly. With supporting trades called upon where planned and agreed, the installation takes shape. With all the care and consideration towards your home, family and daily needs we’ll bring to design to life.
Project management
We do have a group of like-minded trades people we can suggest you use. They can work with you direct but if suitable we’d like to manage them. We don’t require recognition for this service. We are merely passionate about doing the job right with the right people and seeing you excited upon completion. We know the right people make a difference and that’s why we have selected the best we can find and manage them for you. It’s our pleasure. If you wish to use your own trades people we are still happy to support the project and work closely with them too, and manage where necessary so you don’t have to. We are here to make a difference.
